Candidate Core Requirements:

  • Experience – 3-5 years experience in a leadership position within home care or home health
  • Knowledge- Well-rounded with a strong understanding of all facets of home care (scheduling, recruitment, care planning, customer service, and business development)
  • Education – College degree preferred, but not required. On-The-Job and Life Experience also provides a great foundation
  • Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
  • Characteristics – We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, a team-player, and willing to learn
