Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Womens Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The Role You'll Contribute
Performs technical duties for Anesthesia department, including inventories, turning over rooms, and cleaning and sterilizing equipment. Performs secretarial duties for the Anesthesia department.
The Value You'll Bring To The Team
Must be responsible for job knowledge and abilities including understanding and applying policies and procedures, information received during orientation, on the job training and assigned tasks/duties given by Anesthesia.
Cleans anesthesia area after each case. Cleans and sterilizes equipment. Follows aseptic technique and universal precautions.
Re-supplies anesthesia cart, changes tubing between cases with accuracy and speed.
Anticipates and responds to anesthesia needs during surgical procedure, i.e., bringing needed drugs and supplies and running errands.
Keeps L&D anesthesia area in readiness for mother and baby.
Maintains and orders routine anesthesia drugs, supplies and equipment.
Inspects special equipment for proper functioning, i.e., EKG and O2 monitor, alerting anesthetist or charge nurse/director/staff of improper functioning.
Keeps specialty carts in readiness at all times.
Participates as an effective member of the patient care team to facilitate the efficient operations of the department.
Collaborates with Charge Nurse when needed for problem solving and decision making.
Demonstrates a cooperative and willing attitude to work through stressful situations.
Enters charges in computer in a timely manner.
Assists OR area as time allows.
Puts Anesthesia supplies and equipment away in a timely manner.
Keeps Anesthesia storeroom neat and organized.
Minimum Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
High school education or its equivalent.
2 Years Of Experience Preferred
