About The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the key link between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and our field and design teams. You'll manage timelines, budgets, communication, and logistics to ensure every detail of our high-end custom homes runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impactand room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling, deliveries, and field communications
• Track budgets, invoices, and project progress in BuilderTrend
• Facilitate communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee material procurement and deliveries
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality and progress
• Assist with permitting and regulatory processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and escalate issues when needed
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project coordination or management
• Familiarity with construction materials, timelines, and building codes
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO (this is an in-person role)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
  
  

What We Offer

• Full-Time, On-Site Role (MondayFriday, no weekends)
• Competitive salary: $60,000 to $75,000/year, based on experience
• Paid Time Off (80 hours annually, including sick time)
• $300/month Health Stipend + 50% company-paid Appleton Clinics Membership
• SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match (after 90 days)
