Arts4Schools is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming education through the power of the arts. We specialize in customizing high-quality arts integration programs that align with the unique needs and cultures of schools. Our offerings include live performances, artist-in-residency programs, before- and after-school enrichment, and professional development for educators.
With over 10 years of service and more than 65,000 students reached, Arts4Schools partners with schools to deliver joyful, hands-on learning experiences that support academic success, creativity, and cultural awareness. From visual and performing arts to STEAM, holistic arts, and multicultural programs, we ensure that every child has access to the arts, no matter their zip code.
,
Are you passionate about the arts and committed to helping underserved youth thrive? Arts4Schools, a nonprofit reaching its 10th anniversary, is urgently seeking dedicated volunteer advocates to help us secure the funding we need to continue providing vibrant arts programming in Connecticut and Washington, D.C.
Due to recent government funding cuts, our ability to hire artists and sustain after-school and in-school arts programs has been significantly impacted. We need your help to reach out to potential sponsors, draft sponsorship letters, connect with local and state officials, and advocate for funding that will keep the arts alive for our students.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking volunteers with skills in fundraising, community outreach, communications, or advocacy. If you have experience in writing fundraising letters, building relationships with local businesses, or just a passion for making a difference through the arts, we’d love to have you on board.
Categories/Role Type
Flexible hours. Whether you can contribute a few hours a week or take on a larger role, your effort will directly support arts education for underserved youth.
How To Apply
If you’re ready to help us bring more creativity and opportunity into the lives of children, please reach out to us at [email protected] or visit our volunteer page. Together, we can ensure the arts remain a vital part of our students’ education.
