Job Description
Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.
Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.

- Assist in managing Newegg’s social media channels (e.g., Discord, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), including posting, community engagement, and trend tracking.
- Support website content updates and development projects, ensuring accurate, user-friendly presentation.
- Create and edit AI-driven marketing content, such as social posts, product copy, and visuals, using platforms like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and other AI tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution, from planning through reporting.
- Help monitor performance metrics across campaigns and provide reports with insights for optimization.
- Research and share emerging AI and social media trends that could benefit Newegg’s marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
