Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our Finance and Accounting teams in Wichita, KS. This role plays a critical part in driving process improvements, managing projects end-to-end, and facilitating collaboration across various teams to ensure successful delivery and enablement. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with KES Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements.
  • Manage and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases, tracking defects, and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to ensure smooth adoption of process changes and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress and hold teams accountable by providing regular updates, raising risks/issues, and driving resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, including task tracking, testing, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, systems, and controls.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and performing root cause analysis, forming a point of view, and capturing results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting functions.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint).
  • Experience with INFOR LN or similar enterprise finance systems.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
