In this community-based program, the Eligibility Specialist is responsible for entering and monitoring eligibility for participants in all Reliance Community Care Partners programs.

Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of work related experience in administrative support, auditing and/or public relations
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Technical skills in software programs
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance along with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare and Medicaid payers is highly valued
