Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a qualified individual for placement in a prominent skilled nursing facility in Southern Maine. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in an ideal, centrally located setting in the Portland area.
Responsibilities include overseeing resident care plans and reviewing medical history for coordination and completion of MDS, care plan meetings, etc.
Must have at least two years experience completing MDS and be MDS certified (Preferably RAC certified).
Must be a Maine licensed RN with Long Term Care experience.
