Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
• Supervise CNAs and ensure proper resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and staff
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current NJ LPN license (required)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
