This individual will develop new customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts.

- Work independently with minimum direct supervision.
- Become familiar with company service offerings and capabilities.
- Prospect for potential new clients and cold call as suitable
- Identify new business opportunities, continually assess market data and pricing trends
- Plan approaches and presentations for prospects.
- Work with Service Technicians to develop proposals that meet the potential needs, concerns and objectives.
- Prepare estimates and proposals with Service Technicians.
- Present a professional image at all times
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management
- Experience in plumbing and hydronics preferred, but not required
- Desire to build and grow business relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
