The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building meaningful connections with applicants, supporting hiring needs across our assisted living communities through open interviews, job fairs, and community outreach events. Assist assisted living communities with payroll and timekeeping processes to ensure accurate and timely pay.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Talent Acquisition
- Conduct routine pre-screening calls to assess applicant background, education and qualifications
- Source candidates using a variety of job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for a variety of positions
- Coordinate and facilitate open interview events at assisted living communities as needed
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations & Compliance Coordinator on HR duties as they relate to recruitment and talent aquisition
- Maintain applicant tracking and documentation in accordance with company policies and Department of Labor standards
- Assist in processing payroll by identifying and resolving time clock and payroll discrepancies as they occur
- Support employees and supervisors with timekeeping questions, edits, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations & Compliance Coordinator on HR duties as they relate to HRIS
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all employees and payroll-related data
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or related field, required
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or payroll support preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help others
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, timekeeping and HRIS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Reliable transportation for travel to assisted living communities, job fairs and outreach events
