Shift: Full-Time - 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM)
Salary: Up to $40 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure all residents receive high-quality care according to their care plans and state regulations.
- Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires and offering ongoing training and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, social workers) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
