Greene Resources is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! In this role, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex projects in a regulated environment and managing a team of service agents. This position requires a passionate leader dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service based on data and insights.

Job Description:

  • Lead the implementation of complex projects within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of service agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and improve customer service delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in implementing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
