In this role, you will be responsible for performing clerical duties required by the department to maintain workflow.
This is a hybrid position located in Waco, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

Role Overview
Could you be our next PR List Support Clerk? American Income Life is looking for a PR List Support Clerk to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for performing clerical duties required by the department to maintain workflow.
This is a hybrid position located in Waco, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do
- Transmit mailing list files to Globe for NCOA (National Change of Address) processing; receive returned NCOA files, clean files based on NCOA codes.
- Establish and communicate necessary permissions for client groups to upload member mailing lists.
- Utilize software to convert PDF mailing lists to Excel; clean and format resulting lists for mailing purposes.
- Data entry of lists not suitable for PDF conversion.
- Submission/upload of lists into PR mailing software program.
- Review lists for unwanted PII content.
- Provide support to PR List Coordinators to prepare mailing lists, including list cleaning, removal of duplicates, and removal of previous responders.
- Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.
- Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent thereof.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department.
- Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions.
