Job Description
NOTICE OF JOB OPENING
MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Sr. Technical Leader (Automotive Software Engineer): Job Duties: Manage execution of automotive embedded software/systems development projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Develop or oversee development of project plans including determining project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, communications plans, and staffing. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems or supervise the same. Manage the work breakdown structure. Ensure submitted project deliverables adhere to quality standards. Prepare or review project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Assign duties, direct, or coordinate activities of project personnel. Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze customer pain points and propose Value-Added solutions to address them. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Engineering (any), Business, IT, or related and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in automotive embedded software/systems development (eg. Conventional Powertrain; Autonomous Driving; Vehicle Engg/Design; ePowertrain; or Connected Vehicle), or in electrical power generation or avionics. Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must possess experience with technical leadership of a project task. Position is based out of 21333 Haggerty Road, Suite 100, Novi, MI 48375, and may be subject to relocation to various unanticipated work locations throughout the US. Rate of Pay: $117,853.00/year.
