Branch Sales Director
Responsibilities and Activities
The candidate's objective will be to maintain and develop local business. He/she will manage the US subsidiary, aiming to expand it, contributing to the growth of the core business and the acquisition of greater market share, with particular focus on the Industrial Automation and Rail sectors.
Experience and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in a technical field
- Demonstrable, multi-year experience in a similar role in the Industrial Automation or Rail sectors
- Excellent sales/negotiation/sales skills
- Leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve established goals.
- Initiative, flexibility, strategic and commercial vision
- Ability to develop action plans for sales activities, organize human and financial resources, and define market strategies.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus
