Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to supporting efficient supply chain operations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and process improvement. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for oil and gas projects, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and logistics costs.

Inventory & Materials Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Support demand forecasting and material planning processes.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance.
  • Assist in sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.

Logistics & Operations Support

  • Analyze transportation and distribution efficiency, including freight spend and delivery timelines.
  • Support optimization projects to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (oil and gas industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (Oracle JDE).
  • Knowledge of oilfield services supply chain operations, including manufacturing, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with international logistics and import/export compliance.
  • Familiarity with category management and supplier negotiation strategies.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
