  • Photograph incoming used vehicles for online listings (smartphone or tablet).
  • Create and price listings using dealership software; write clear, compelling descriptions.
  • Track inventory workflows using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and simple checklists.
  • Drive up to :3 hours to retrieve purchased vehicles (company/provided transport).
  • Source used vehicles using software tools; research pricing and availability.
  • Communicate with private sellers by phone/text/email and make purchase offers.
  • Pitch in with quick washes/wipe-downs when needed — this isn’t detailing, but we’re an all-hands team.


What you bring

  • Comfort with technology: fast typing, accurate data entry, strong keyboard skills.
  • Smartphone skills: you know how to frame, focus, and take sharp photos.
  • Organization & follow-through: you like checklists and closing loops.
  • People skills: clear, friendly communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to handle regional driving trips (up to :3 hours).


No automotive experience required. We’ll train you on our processes, software, and best practices.
