What You’ll Do

As our Quality Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our photovoltaic projects meet the highest standards of quality. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supervision: Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring all standards are met. You’ll be the go-to person for quality assurance on the site!
• Inspection: Conducting regular inspections and audits of materials and processes to align with industry best practices.
• Reporting: Documenting quality metrics and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards.
• Training: Sharing your expertise by training team members on quality control procedures, fostering a culture of excellence.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

To shine in this role, you need to bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in quality management within the photovoltaic sector. We want someone who truly understands the nuances of our industry!
• English Proficiency: You need advanced English skills to navigate our diverse, international environment.
• Work Visa: A valid work visa for the USA is essential. We're ready for you to hit the ground running!
• Spanish Skills: While not mandatory, Spanish language skills would be a cherry on top!
