cancer. Women in the US have a 1 in 8 lifetime risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer. Every two

minutes, a person is diagnosed. Our founder, David Lee lost his wife to breast cancer. You will be a part

of something groundbreaking as we transition from clinical development to our commercial launch.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for executing best-in-class marketing strategies as we prepare

for our first 0-1 commercialization phase. The Director of Marketing charts the annual marketing strategy

and oversees efforts to strengthen the company’s brand and position, while exceeding the commercial

plan.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all Marketing, including Strategic Marketing (creating portfolio marketing strategies, building

market models, etc.) and data analytics

  • Be the franchise lead. Own upstream (product development) and downstream (KOL

management, physician education and activities) areas of Product Marketing

  • Drive Lumicell brand awareness within the healthcare ecosystem (patients, clinicians, hospitals,

systems, and advocates)

  • Develop a simplified and powerful message and narrative of Lumicell’s value proposition for all

audiences

  • Prepare launch plans for new product offerings; lead the strategy for launch of the breast cancer

solution as the first indication of our pan-cancerous platform technology

  • Synthesize meaningful customer insights, feedback, and market data to create case studies that

influence product and go to market strategies

  • Lead the Integrated Communications staff to create the digital/social media strategy that delivers

positive business disruption, incremental revenue growth and enhanced brand equity

  • Lead related KOL network
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, and Health Economics and Market

Access to ensure alignment to strategy, tactics, and budget

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in medical device / surgical products, life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong experience across product marketing, marketing strategy and downstream marketing

activities

  • Breast experience a plus
  • KOL management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal; strong presenter and proven storyteller
  • Broad marketing skills including Voice of Customer, campaign management, demand generation,

market segmentation, digital marketing, strategy development, competitor assessment, etc.

  • Experience working in a rapidly growing company or division (ideally startup experience)
  • Strong analytical planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills
  • Understand/experience with regulatory & legal requirements of marketing clinical products
