Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections and damage assessments on residential properties.
- Guide homeowners through roofing options with honesty and transparency.
- Educate clients on the insurance process, project scope, timelines, and materials.
- Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team for project handoffs and documentation.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- 2+ years of sales experience (roofing or home improvement preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspect roofs, climb ladders, and handle outdoor work.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to close sales.
