Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing communications, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
