About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and people-focused HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our core HR functions. This role is critical in ensuring our HR systems, policies, and procedures run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the full employee lifecycle and enabling strategic HR initiatives. The HR Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations including HRIS management, employee data accuracy, compliance, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of HRSC (HR Service Center), ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee inquires for employees and managers.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity for reporting accuracy.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including the transactional processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
  • Collaborate with Benefits and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee personnel records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Update and maintain the electronic documentation related to company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Payroll, Finance, etc.) on cross-functional HR processes and projects.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and business leaders on HR operational tools and processes.
  • Lead or support HR audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of experience in an HR Operations or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial services business, ideally, energy services.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems (e.g.,Arcoro, UKG, Sage), and data reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of state and federal HR compliance law requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize HR workflows and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
