We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our growing team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. This role is essential in supporting attorneys and ensuring that legal processes, contracts, and compliance efforts are handled with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Your Impact as a Paralegal
In this role, you will:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and document review.
- Draft, proofread, and organize contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Maintain case files and ensure all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Has a paralegal certification (preferred).
- Brings 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in healthcare or corporate law.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Shows high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
