Position Summary

The Project Manager will play a key supporting role in Envision’s Project Management Office (PMO). This position is designed for an early- to mid-career professional who will partner closely with the PMO Director to coordinate and track projects across multiple departments. The Project Manager will help teams stay organized, ensure project documentation and timelines are maintained, and support the adoption of standard project management practices. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of project management experience who is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include

  • Manage Projects: Lead assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, in alignment with Envision’s project management processes.
  • Facilitate Team Collaboration: Guide project teams across departments (IT, HR, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Foundation Mission Services), keeping stakeholders aligned, documenting decisions, and driving accountability for deliverables.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Use Envision’s project management software (ClickUp) to create and manage project plans, assign and track tasks, and maintain accurate project records.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Track project milestones, identify risks or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to PMO leadership and stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Support PMO Initiatives: Assist with PMO-led process improvements, adoption of project management standards, and delivery of training resources to strengthen organizational project management maturity.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Education

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of corporate Project Management experience, managing cross-functional teams and diverse projects.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, status, and challenges.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, keeping everyone aligned and focused on project objectives.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying issues, risks, and roadblocks, and adept at troubleshooting solutions.
  • Alignment with Core Values: Demonstrate integrity, curiosity, passion, initiative, teamwork, and excellence in all project management tasks.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Professional certification- CAPM or PMP preferred (not required).
