Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Education: High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration is preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Greene Resources is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting routine cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
  • Analyze data from ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures that align with corporate goals for cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Partner with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to optimize utilization.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility of stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory transactions, providing training and support to warehouse operators and production teams.
  • Support audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements for inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve supply chain performance and reduce waste.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems required. Advanced Excel/data analysis skills are strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in a high-paced environment.
