F-Secure makes every digital moment more secure, for everyone. For over 35 years, we’ve led the cyber security industry, protecting tens of millions of people online together with our 200+ service provider partners. We value our Fellows' individuality, with an inclusive environment where diversity drives innovation and growth. What makes you unique is what we value – be yourself, that is (y)our greatest asset. Founded in Finland, F‑Secure has offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic programs that drive customer success. You will own the program lifecycle — from planning and estimation through execution and closure — ensuring that all initiatives meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase and work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, tech teams, delivery resources, and partner teams to ensure seamless collaboration. A key part of this role involves aligning expectations, schedules, and deliverables across all internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Success in this position will be measured through several key metrics including program launch success, on-time milestone achievement, partner Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to budget and effort targets.

In this role, you'll need strong ownership of end-to-end delivery and the confidence to manage customer-facing programs while aligning with partner expectations. Experience balancing competing priorities under tight deadlines is essential, along with a strategic mindset and proven ability to drive execution. In terms of decision-making scope, you'll have full ownership of program planning, execution, and closure. You'll also have influence over scope changes and change request processes, giving you significant autonomy in how programs are managed and delivered.

This is a mainly remote role in US

The role requires occasional travel for meetings, industry conferences, and possible partnership engagements.

The estimated base salary for this role is about 180k to 200k/year (+ bonus), but it is negotiable based on your skills & experience.
