The Los Angeles Clippers and Intuit Dome are actively seeking a creative, passionate and experienced Manager of Broadcast & Production Services to support our new home, Intuit Dome. In this role you will bring deep subject matter knowledge of broadcast engineering practices and a desire to learn and mentor others along the way. This unique role provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of bringing Intuit Dome to life.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. Due to the nature of this industry, you must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
$90,000 - $100,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Will Do
- Schedule all part-time event day A/V and broadcast control room staff.
- Collaborate in the recruitment, training and mentoring of production control room event day staff, and train and model proper operations.
- Ensure all A/V, broadcast equipment remains event ready, is properly set up and tested prior to use, and regularly monitored to remain functional or addressed immediately so service quality is never interrupted.
- Ensure all physical A/V spaces and/or storage structures utilized (e.g.: control room, audio booth, racks, cabinets, storage closets, cases, conduits, channels, carts, bags, etc.) remain in professional, safe, and functional cleanliness and order.
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders (Booking, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align on show and game-day needs, ensuring all production, broadcast, and fan-facing elements are fully supported
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays to support NBA / Intuit Dome events.
- 5+ years of live sports and entertainment arena or stadium experience in a similar role
- Passion for figuring broadcast systems, infrastructure and workflows out. You thrive in live events where every second matters and are a firm believer in collaboration.
- Experience leading a team of part-time, event-based staff.
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of video and audio signal flows, workflows, protocols and codecs.
- Solid problem-solving skills and workflow documentation.
- Experience in both hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships with full time and game day staff, vendors and recognizing the impact of this role across all business functions.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team with a high sense of urgency.
- Exceptional project & time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills, exceptional collaboration skills and high ability to influence.
- Strong and effective communication including verbal and written.
- Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound engineering judgment.
- Be a flexible and reliable teammate.
- Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnarounds.
$90,000 - $100,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
