Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise or materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise or materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders and sample requests for shipment
- Label and prepare products for outbound shipping
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
