The pay range is $87,000.00 - $156,000.00

As an Senior Insights Analyst, you will have responsibility for Marketing Insights. You will be responsible for executing guest or consumer research to support key initiatives. You will partner with internal team members and external partners to execute work. Most importantly, you will navigate the fundamentals of Insights and retail. About You
- Ability to create visual representations of complex data in simple, accessible formats to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in merging and analyzing data from various sources like surveys, sales reports, social media, and customer feedback to provide a holistic view of consumer behavior.
- Takes a hypotheses driven approach to uncovering insights that lead to informed decisions - understands sampling, statistical techniques and stat testing.
- Ability to connect insights to business objectives, marketing strategies, and consumer needs to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Capable of presenting insights to mid-level management and cross-functional teams, tailoring the message to different audiences (e.g., marketing, product development, leadership).
- Can design qualitative and quantitative research, analyze and interpret the results effectively. Knowledge of sampling methods, incidence, and targeting.
- Highly curious and asks questions to seek clarity (asks Why versus just describing what).
