The Product Specialist plays an important role in providing our guests an exceptional experience. The Product Specialist is tasked with assisting sales consultants with the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and ensuring each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
Benefits

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through a proficient and detailed demonstration of features, controls and benefits of vehicles including an overview of the owner's manual, vehicle warranty and service guidelines.
- Provide activation of any mobile apps and/or satellite radio and delivery requirements of the manufacturer.
- Ensure phones are answered 100% of the time and in a timely manner.
- Assist sales consultants by partnering with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and as scheduled, performing a final quality inspection for cleanliness, books, keys and floormats.
- Maintain a system of following up with guests utilizing their preferred method of communication to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Strong computer skills
$40,000 - $50,000 / year including commission and bonuses.
