What You Will Do
- Help assist higher level inspectors with the following:
- Check and verify accuracy of dimensions.
- Observe work in progress to ensure that workmanship and materials used conform to specifications and contract documents.
- Interpret plans and specifications for contractor and discuss deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction.
- Record quantities of materials received or used during specific periods and compute monthly estimates of work completed.
- Maintain inspector's log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to perform basic document reporting in Microsoft Word.
- Full spectrum of your project needs: transportation, water/wastewater, utilities, power transmission and vertical construction.
- Outstanding relationships with owners, stakeholders, and developers across multiple regions and disciplines.
- Unified BIM platform. Always incorporating innovative technology, allowing us to customize solutions for the benefit of our partners.
