Just Wow Landscape & Design is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and execute high-quality landscape maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties in South Florida. As a hands-on leader, you will guide a small team, ensure top-tier service delivery, maintain strong client communication, and guarantee project quality from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Communication
• Greet clients on-site and build rapport through professional, open communication.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth, direct information flow.
• Site Management & Quality Assurance
• Conduct detailed site inspections at the start and end of each day.
• Verify site conditions, cleanliness, and secure all gates and access points.
• Report and document any issues (e.g., damaged gates, hazards).
• Work Orders & Documentation
• Thoroughly review work orders and notes provided by the operations team.
• Reference Jobber and internal communications to guide daily tasks.
• Proactively resolve issues and answer client questions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Communicate client needs, project issues, and change requests to Sales and Operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Team Leadership
• Assign tasks clearly and ensure all crew members understand their roles.
• Oversee site flow, set break/lunch schedules, and enforce end-of-day cleanups.
• Lead by example with a positive, productive approach.
  

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Class E Driver's License required.
• Experience operating landscape trucks and trailers.
• Proficiency with landscaping tools and maintenance equipment.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn app-based systems (Jobber, WhatsApp).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to interpret work orders and project notes accurately.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Leadership experience preferred (formal or informal).
• Preferred but not required:
• LF or O&T license (fertilizer/pest control knowledge).
• Familiarity with Florida plants and palms.
