About the team + role

The TradePMR team empowers financial professionals with innovative technology and unparalleled support tailored to the unique needs of the RIA community. We are a custodial services and technology provider offering a robust platform including portfolio management, digital account opening, and advanced trading tools to help advisors streamline operations and grow their practices.

As Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating the Fusion custodial services technology platform to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and supporting the sales team. Key duties include conducting product demos, assisting with HubSpot CRM management, and contributing to business development initiatives. This position serves as a key connection between the company’s technology and prospective clients in the RIA space.

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Fusion platform to RIA prospects and manage CRM data in HubSpot, including contact segmentation, workflow automation, and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling, administrative tasks, and preparation of sales materials while maintaining strong client relationships and providing prompt support.
• Stay current on Fusion platform updates, address technical questions, collaborate with product teams, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales and demo processes.
  
  

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the financial or tech sector is a plus; ability to travel up to 25%; SIE preferred.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one compensation zone. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.
