In this dynamic position, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our Nordic Center—supervising instructors, coordinating lesson logistics, managing snow removal and signage setup, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed. You'll also assist in developing new programs and products to grow our Nordic community while supporting a high-performing, guest-focused team.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume guest service environment.
- Strong guest service and guest recovery skills.
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Nordic skiing and snowshoeing
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Strong in computer applications, including Office 365, Google Drive, etc and learning new applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with RTP or similar POS experience with payment handling.
- Experience with creating How-To and/or Knowledgebase materials.
- OLCC Server’s License (may be obtained on the job, at employee’s own expense)
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience in guest service industry
- Experience teaching, coaching, or leading group activities
- Prior Nordic skiing instruction or related coaching
- Current PSIA Cross Country Certification
- Bilingual or multilingual
