What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide customer support primarily through email, with some chat as needed
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information to customers
  • Handle customer requests with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot problems, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Ensure every customer receives a positive and supportive experience

Working Hours

Part-time role, Monday to Friday, any time between 9 AM – 6 PM EST (aligned with client campaign schedule)
