We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Lead Program Analyst to provide critical operational and administrative support to the Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering (VPSE) Management Team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of business objectives, facilitating communication, managing key projects, and coordinating initiatives across VPSE and with interfacing organizations like Vehicle Systems Engineering & Test (VSET) and Vehicle Hardware Engineering (VHE).

Responsibilities

What you'll do…

  • Key support to Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering (VPSE) Management Team with running the business which includes but not limited to preparing presentation materials for Director and VP level meetings.
  • Helping develop, deliver and track team objectives.
  • Coordinating topics and materials for cross-functional meetings.
  • Coordinating events like Town Halls, Global Technical Deep Dives (GTDD), volunteer events, etc.
  • Attending key VPSE meetings, publishing meeting minutes when needed, and tracking follow-up assignments to closure.
  • Monitor various Jira dashboards and categories to ensure progress and appropriate reviews are taking place.
  • Track upcoming milestones and ensure proper reviews are taking place and status / issues are being communicated.
  • Manage certain critical projects from start to finish, including kick-off, ongoing meeting cadences, documenting status, and communicating outcomes.
  • Create and consolidate presentations for Town Halls, All Hands, etc.
  • Interface with Vehicle Systems Engineering & Test (VSET) and Vehicle Hardware Engineering (VHE) to ensure VPSE input is being submitted and needs are being addressed.
  • Help manage Health Chart process such that issues are being escalated and reviewed at the appropriate level throughout VPSE, VSET, and VHE.


Qualifications

You'll have…

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is a range of salary grades 4-6.
