The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers to future employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs
  • Create and post job listings on relevant online platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Manage onboarding and hiring documentation for new employees
  • Maintain constant communication with executive management for hiring needs
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in corporate recruiting focused on the veterinary industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications through interviews
  • Strong skills in employee relations, relationship management, and succession planning
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $53/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
