How You Will Make An Impact
- Drive recruitment strategies that align with workforce planning and business priorities to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to anticipate hiring needs and identify critical talent gaps.
- Manage sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer processes, and pre-employment requirements across diverse functions. Mentor junior HR team members in effective recruitment practices. Provide a high level of service to our hiring managers, ensuring an understanding of the processes and tools available to them. Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and technologies for scalability and efficiency.
- Build pipelines through strategic sourcing, events, partnerships, and referral networks to meet current and future hiring needs. Develop and manage 3rd party search firms and RPO partners to ensure alignment with hiring goals and performance metrics.
- Lead the implementation of internships, co-ops, and rotational development programs in partnership with universities and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on early career program outcomes and contributions to long-term talent pipeline development.
- Establish KPIs for hiring speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction; report metrics and drive accountability. Provide recruiting insights and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and program optimization.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that promote the organization’s mission, culture and career opportunities while ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
- Apply equitable and accessible recruitment processes that align with diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
- Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory standards; utilize systems for efficient tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum Required: 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in an enterprise role, with required experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Preferred: Early career or university recruitment programs
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
