- Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
- Conduct at least three open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly Group Coaching, Training and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- COMMUNICATE!
