- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
- Completion of coursework in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Microsoft SQL Server, or data visualization software is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare routine reports and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
- Previous internship or project experience in a technical or operational environment is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Conduct physical audits of assets and collect associated data
- Analyze and validate data from blueprints, shop drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications
- Review, evaluate, and recommend optimizations for existing maintenance job plans
- Support data preparation and transformation for system implementations, dashboards, or other initiatives
- Assist in the development and documentation of business workflows and process improvements
- Participate in internal meetings or user feedback sessions to gather requirements or report findings
- Support testing or quality assurance of asset data uploads or interfaces
- Troubleshoot technical issues; document, track, and follow up to resolution
- Provide on-site or remote support to field personnel; assist in training or onboarding efforts related to asset system improvements
- Demonstrates understanding and adheres to the KCS principles of Employee Engagement, Operational Excellence, Safety & Security, and Economic Performance
- Comply with all Keolis policies, including but not limited to safety protocols and cybersecurity standards
- Promote and model a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in accordance with company values
- Primarily office-based work; some hybrid remote flexibility may be available based on project needs
- Occasional site visits to various Keolis locations, including warehouses or maintenance shops, which may require personal protective equipment (PPE) and working outdoors
- This position may require the use of personal transportation to access remote sites.
