Position Overview:

We have four openings for Warehouse Associates at our Goodyear, AZ site, with clear growth opportunities as we expand. In this role, you will manage decommissioned IT equipment throughout its entire lifecycle, which includes intake, auditing, testing, data sanitization, grading, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your work will help customers maximize the value they get from their technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Receiving: Unload trucks, verify counts, and log receipts; triage mixed pallets of IT hardware (servers, switches, laptops, peripherals).
• Audit & Tracking: Scan and capture serials/asset tags; update inventory in the WMS; maintain accurate chain-of-custody.
• Test & Prep: Clean, sort, and stage equipment; support basic functionality checks and configuration steps as trained.
• Data Sanitization Support: Assist with media handling and verification steps aligned with company procedures (e.g., NIST-aligned wipe processes), escalating any exceptions.
• Pick/Pack/Ship: Assemble orders, build protective packaging for IT gear, prepare BOLs/labels, and load outbound carriers (parcel/LTL).
• Inventory Control: Replenish locations, perform cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Safety, Quality & 5S: Keep areas clean and organized; follow ESD handling and lifting best practices; meet ISO-based quality standards.
• Cross-functional support: Flex to adjacent departments as volumes shift; contribute to continuous improvement as the site scales.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred; or 2+ years’ relevant warehouse experience.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems; WMS experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Nice to have: Forklift/pallet-jack experience (we can train/certify), ESD handling familiarity, prior ITAD/e-waste experience.
