Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple, complex projects across functions and brands with a focus on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align project goals with strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) effectively.
  • Prepare regular status reports and present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
