5.11’s gear gets people through high-stakes missions, weekend treks, and everyday life. But behind it all is a Distribution Center that runs with precision, speed, and grit, and we’re looking for a Weekend Supervisor who can take the lead.

This role is all about leading from the front. You’ll run the floor Friday through Sunday, keeping our operations on track, our team energized, and our quality standards locked in.

What You'll Do

  • Run the shift – lead and support your team across safety, productivity, and performance goals
  • Coach and support – drive accountability while helping team members grow and succeed
  • Spot issues, solve fast – manage timekeeping, errors, bottlenecks, and process challenges
  • Keep things compliant – reinforce safety protocols and ISO-aligned procedures
  • Think ahead – contribute to 5S initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Support hiring – help recruit, onboard, and manage contract staffing for the weekend team
  • Own the numbers – track shift metrics and ensure we’re meeting quality and fulfillment goals

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Prior team leadership experience (supervisor or lead preferred)
  • Working knowledge of WMS systems (Dynamics 365 and RF tools a plus)
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with fast-paced, hands-on operations and a team that counts on you
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and navigate an active warehouse floor when needed

Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
