We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Mount Vernon Dental Lab in Mount Vernon, NY for a full time Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
The regular hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gear.
- Sorts and attaches doctor prescriptions.
- Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases
- Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach.
- Responsible for properly packing all completed cases.
- Responsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shipping.
- Responsible for utilizing UPS and FedEx software and properly maintaining database integrity and account naming procedures.
- Disburse cases for local drivers.
- Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes.
- All other jobs as assigned.
- Computer skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi task
- Prefered High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Disinfectant process chemicals
- Personal protective equipment as required.

- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Good manual dexterity
