About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Childcare provider at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a supportive and energetic fitness community while providing care for our members' children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children while their parents participate in fitness classes
• Create a safe and fun environment for children of various ages
• Coordinate and lead age-appropriate activities and games
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
