  • Shift: Friday and Saturday: Midnight-8:30am

We provide comprehensive community-based services that help people thrive while realizing and choosing their goals. We provide opportunities, support and integration within our community. Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.

Who We Need

We are currently looking for an AON Support Staff to join our Glen Burnie Residential team.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
  • Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.

What You Need

  • High school diploma - no experience needed!
  • Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence)
  • Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • Someone who has a passion for working with individuals with a mental illness or a willingness to learn.
