Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to regional executives and managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Translate organizational goals into effective HR initiatives, ensuring integration across all Midwest locations.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to centralize and streamline team structures.
- Lead the transition to one centralized organizational team structure.
- Oversee the execution of leave, accommodation, and disability processes with full compliance.
- Implement and manage new employment agreements for all team members.
- Conduct an audit of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor and regulatory requirements.
- Roll out the new employee handbook across all Midwest locations.
- Design, implement, and execute the company's first year-end performance review cycle.
- Partner with leaders to drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and performance.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth strategies.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, inclusion, and retention.
- Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years as a business partner supporting field operations or distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Proven ability to manage both strategy and execution, moving seamlessly from high-level planning to hands-on implementation.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, using data to inform decision-making and drive outcomes.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
