Summary
The On-Call Beverage Cart/Server provides exceptional service to members and guests by delivering beverages, snacks, and an elevated experience directly on the golf course or club grounds. This role requires a professional, friendly, and attentive approach while ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards. May also assist with serving in the restaurant or at special events as needed.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operate the beverage cart efficiently and safely on the golf course or club grounds.
- Serve beverages, light snacks, and refreshments to members and guests.
- May assist with serving food and beverages in the clubhouse or during special events.
- Provide outstanding, personalized service, anticipating member needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of beverage stations or special events as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, kitchen, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or member concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and serving regulations.
