Berglund Automotive is looking for an Experienced Service Manager that provides leadership to the team through continuous support, training, and development as well as ensuring that customers receive high-quality maintenance and repair services.

- Manage a team of service technicians and service advisors, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service by providing concierge support to build a positive relationship with customers.
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of repair and maintenance work.
- Handling conflicts that may arise within the service department and addressing customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Distribute work between technicians.
- Prioritize required services.
- Previous service manager experience in automotive dealership service department.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Knowledge of CDK preferred
- Computer skills, including knowledge of automotive service management software.
- Experience managing and motivating a team in a positive manner.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
